The Challenge:
ThinkMD needs to deliver easy to follow diagnostic tools to a wide range of audiences all across the globe. How do we design an app that feels totally intuitive to anyone no matter what their technology level, and app that can be clear, effective, and deliver vital treatment information to millions.
Our Solution:
We worked with ThinkMD through a series of app designs and have continued to develop and iterate on the live app that is being used in the field all over the world. We explored many versions of what a user interface looks like when you strip away all the common symbology more prolific phone users have come to depend on. We consulted on user behaviors and how we interact with systems and seek affirmation in our actions in order to produce a final design and build the final app which uses innate user behavior in place of language wherever possible to get the job done.
